I've received many unexpected acts of kindness over the years. Where possible, I like to pass the baton of kindness on to others. I can honestly say that I derive a great deal of pleasure out of giving to local charities, sports, theatre & community groups.
I guess it was instilled in me in my formative years that having benefitted from my community, I should then complete the cycle & give back to the community when able to. So yes, I like to give back to those that have helped me along the way - or at least pass the kindness on to others.
With this in mind, I happily provide a financial 'thank-you' for referrals that lead to a list & sale of a property. Or, if you'd prefer, I'll donate this money in your name to a mutually acceptable local charity, school, group or sports team of your choice. They too, will appreciate your thoughtfulness!
